(Leer en Español)

This is a summary of the key points in our privacy policy. To read the full policy, visit: www.cumbrekids.org/privacy-policy

  1. We love to feature kids’ questions in our podcasts! It’s one way we ensure our episodes are grounded in children’s interests. We collect questions from parents and guardians like you, and we want to make sure you understand how we use the messages you send us.

  2. We receive many questions for each episode and cannot guarantee that your family's question will be used.

  3. The information we collect includes children’s voices, their names, country and city, and their question.

  4. We use their voices and this information in our podcasts and on social media platforms to promote our shows.

  5. By submitting your child’s audio recording to Cumbre Kids, you agree to its use in our podcasts, acknowledge that once published it may not be possible to revoke, accept our privacy terms, and understand that consent can only be withdrawn before publication.

  6. Please ensure your child is supervised whenever sending us a message! We want to make sure they don’t share something you’re not aware of.

  7. If that does happen (we know parenting is hard!), please send us a message and we’ll delete any information they sent.

  8. We receive many messages from parents like you. If something is urgent, you can also email us at kids@cumbremedia.com.

  9. We may share the information that we collect with third parties such as advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who support our content or whose products or services we think may interest you.

  10. We do our best to protect your information, including the messages you send us and your phone number. However, by joining our WhatsApp group, your phone number will be visible to other members of the group.

  11. Also, please keep in mind that there is always a risk of information being stolen.
